At IX Golf, we believe our flexible membership is the best—and most cost-effective—way to enjoy your golf. That’s why we created the IX Golf Price Guarantee.

We promise that if you make a booking at your home club and later find the same standard-rate booking offered for less (for example, where 1 point equals ÂŁ4.00), we’ll refund you the difference in Home Points.

And because we like to keep things simple and fair, we’ll even round up to the nearest whole point.


❌ What’s Not Included

To keep the guarantee fair and transparent, a few exclusions apply:

  • Claims can only be made against a completed booking at your home club.

  • Away bookings, cancelled or unbooked rounds aren’t eligible.

  • Hot Deals, Special Offers, Member Guest rates, and third-party discounts (like Groupon) don’t qualify.

  • Refunds are always made in Home Points, regardless of the type of points used for the original booking.
