How to Cancel a Booking and What Happens to Your Points

🗓️ Cancelling a Booking

  • Up to 24 Hours Before:
    You can cancel your booking online up to 24 hours in advance.
    ✅ When cancelled successfully, your points will be automatically refunded to your account.

  • Within 24 Hours of the Tee Time:
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking are at the discretion of the club.
    ❗ We cannot refund points automatically in these cases without club approval.


⚠️ Trouble Cancelling?

If you're receiving an error when trying to cancel, especially close to the 24-hour window, it may be due to the club’s tee sheet provider.
