Checking Your Bookings
IX Golf members can view all upcoming and past bookings, manage cancellations, and track points usage. This article explains how to check bookings via both the website and the mobile app.
Step 1: View Upcoming Bookings (Web)

Log in to your IX Golf account via a web browser.

Navigate to the My Bookings tab.

You will see a list of all upcoming bookings.

If there are no upcoming bookings, the system will display: “No upcoming bookings found.”
Step 2: View Upcoming Bookings (App)

Open the IX Golf mobile app and log in.

Go to the Bookings section.

All upcoming bookings will be listed for easy reference.
Step 3: Cancel a Booking

Select the booking you wish to cancel.

Click Cancel.

Cancellations are usually sent to the club for approval.

If the club’s tee sheet does not support online cancellation, contact IX Golf Customer Services for assistance.
Step 4: View Booking History

On the website, the left-hand menu provides access to your Booking History.

Here you can review all past rounds and point usage.

Always check your Live Area to confirm upcoming bookings.

Contact IX Golf Customer Services if cancellations do not process automatically.

Keep track of points deducted for each booking to avoid discrepancies.
