Buddy Bookings

Log in to your IX Golf account.
Navigate to Book a Round.
Select the club where you wish to play.
Change the player count from 1 Player to 1–4 Players to view availability for a group.
Step 2: Choose Tee Time
- Once the number of players is selected, the system will display available tee times for your group.
- Select the desired tee time.
Step 3: Add Guests or Buddies
1. You can choose to keep the booking as a guest (points charged to you) or add a buddy.
2. To add a buddy:
  - Enter the buddy’s details.
  - Each member can pay with their own points, or you can manage all points yourself.
  - All buddies will receive a notification of the booking.
Step 4: Confirm Booking
- Click Book a Round.
- All members attached to the booking will receive a confirmation email.
- Bookings will also appear in each member’s Live Area.
Step 5: Joining or Adding Players to an Existing Booking
- If a booking is already in place, you can:
  - Check availability via the app and add yourself, or
  - Contact the club directly to add players and deduct points manually.
Tips & Notes
- Ensure all buddies have active IX Golf accounts.
- Confirm payment responsibilities before booking to avoid confusion.
- Always check your Live Area to verify bookings.

Buddy bookings allow IX Golf members to play with friends or fellow members by creating multi-player bookings. You can add buddies, manage payments using points, and ensure all participants receive booking confirmations.
