Bringing a Guest
IX Golf members can bring guests to play at participating clubs. This article explains guest limits, booking with points, paying on arrival, and junior guest rules.
Step 1: Guest Rules

Number of Guests: Up to 3 guests per round.

Guest Limitations: The same guest can play a maximum of 5 times per calendar year under your membership.

Junior Guests: Junior guests can join as long as the IX Golf member is playing.
Step 2: Booking with Points

Navigate to the Booking Area.

Select the number of players (2-ball, 3-ball, or 4-ball).

Choose your preferred date and tee time.

A pop-up will confirm the points cost for your guests.

Confirm your booking.
-
You and your guests will receive automated confirmation emails, and the club will be notified.
Note: If changes are required, contact IX Golf Customer Services. Third-party tee sheet providers cannot amend bookings directly.
Step 3: Booking with Payment on Arrival
Option 1: Add Guest to Your Booking

Make your own booking using your membership.

Call the club to add your guest.

Inform the club that the guest will pay on arrival.
Option 2: Guest Books Independently

Third-party sites such as GolfNow

Step 4: Junior Guest Bookings

Select the date and choose 2 Players.

Designate one of the players as a junior.

Pricing will adjust automatically, and tee times will update.

Complete the booking.
Important: The IX Golf member must be present when a junior guest plays.
Step 5: Member Guest Rate

Typically available only to full (premium) members.

Some clubs may allow IX Golf members to access this rate for guests, at the discretion of the home club.
