Booking With Full Members

Booking with full members may be restricted depending on the club’s tee sheet settings. This article explains how to navigate availability, book online, and manage situations where the slot is already booked.

Step 1: Check Tee Time Availability

  • Log in to your IX Golf account.

  • Navigate to Book a Round and select your preferred club, date, and time.

  • If a full member has already booked the slot, it may not appear available online.


Step 2: Booking Scenarios

Scenario A: Slot Already Booked by Full Member

  • You may not be able to book online.

  • Solution: Contact the club directly.

    • Club staff can manually add you to the booking.

    • Your IX Golf points will be deducted accordingly.

Scenario B: Slot is Free

  • Book online via your IX Golf account.

  • Once booked, ask the full member to contact the club to be added to the tee time.

  • Tip: For frequent group rounds, have the IX Golf member book first, then have full members added by the club.


Step 3: Payment and Points Management

  • Points are deducted from the IX Golf member’s account who makes the booking unless other arrangements are made.

  • Confirm with the club and all members who will play to ensure correct point usage.


Step 4: Best Practices

  • Always check availability early to secure preferred tee times.

  • Keep clear communication with full members and the club to avoid conflicts.

  • Review your Live Area for confirmation and booking updates.

  • Some clubs’ tee sheets may restrict online bookings for full member slots.

  • If online booking fails, contacting the club directly is the fastest solution.

  • Always verify the number of players and points before finalising the booking.
